Just 24 hours ago we were bracing ourselves for the possibility of a poor prognosis and a long and difficult recovery, but now Paula is already home!  I feel like we’ve just experienced our own little Easter, with (near) death and resurrection.  I am grateful for the experience as it has strengthened my faith and brought me closer to my family.  And I’m ecstatic that Paula is doing so well.

    Paula,I must say you look stunning in that blue Johnnie!! Please stay ahead of your pain by taking your pain pills regularly for the first 5 days and eat up your fiber to aid with GI motility. So pleased with your progress! keep up the good work.

    Thanks so much Scott, you are a great addition to our family. Your kindness and thoughtfulness are without bounds. You are truly a brother. I agree we did and continue to experience our own Easter miracle. Who knew when you guys were moving from Ohio 3 years ago it was partly to respond to the call to ministry for our part of the family? May God continue to bless you and lead you into an even closer relationship with Him.
