So grateful that he can and do laugh at himself! Sometimes I envy how easy going he can be despite the problem at hand.

I know the scepter of this chemotherapy looms large for the family but we are staying the course! In a few hours I will be sworn in as a US citizen and then we head to the ocean! Ever since the cancer diagnosis I have dreamed of touching the ocean, feeling the sand under my feet and being reminded that as vast as the ocean is, is Jesus’ love for me. So today we will celebrate our 18 wedding anniversary 16 days early and, we will have the memories as we face the yucky stuff. And the good news doesn’t end there, yesterday Jacob was found eligible gifted so he gets to follow in brother’s footsteps. I am really blessed, I now understand the term, ‘God favors me’ Thanks for continuing to lift our family up in prayer.
