Day 11 Thank You

It’s amazing how God knows in what area you most need to grow! I have struggled with receiving and oh boy have I been receiving!

I have received the usual gifts associated with illness:

calls

messages

flowers

cards

fruit and treats

But, I have also received the prayers, they have been deep and heartfelt;

First University SDA Church

IU Women’s Ministry

Meet me at the Pole Group

and so many others, such as the wonderful parents of my brother-in-law Scott

Work friends

even people who I didn’t think were praying people

Not to mention my in-laws in JA

JA church family

Ft Lauderdale church family

and all my siblings and family

friends all over

In addition to prayer, I have gotten meals and gift cards

friends even took their last treasured food item and selflessly shared it, because that’s what my finicky stomach could stand.

transporting of my children to events

But that’s not all, friends cleaned my bathrooms, arranged my linen closet with military precision and ironed my clothes for countless hours (meanwhile providing me with comic relief)

siblingĀ arranged transportation of my children, their care and comfort

brother provided the tools I need to help me make the journey back to full wellness.

I am sure I have forgotten something in this sleep deprived brain of mine. But know that I see and feel God using you to support me and I feel so blessed and happy!

Thank You!
