Day 5

I am so grateful to awaken from my own bed this morning and to have family and friends who care about me. I had some challenges with pain and night sweats last night but came through and feel much better this morning. I think my body is echoing what Huey has been saying, “take it easy J.” I hear it loud and clear, and my goals, though less lofty today remain laser focused. Thank you all for your continued prayers and support, this gets better every day. Make it a marvelous day!

And it was! What a marvelous day I had, got to see the hand of God use your hands to ensure that I am okay! Thanks for all your marvelous, gifts, your prayers and visits! As I sit here squarely on the Sabbath I rejoice with the difference a few short days has made! I celebrate this Sabbath with a spirit of gratitude and humility knowing that I and WE have come through something life changing,. We ALL got to participate in a real-life miracle, because we believed, and continue to rest on the promise of God’s protection and complete recovery. There are so many marvelous hymns that come back to my memory, “Holy Day Jehovah’s rest of creation Week the Best…Blest of God to Man Twas Given” I also think of the song my sister Pat sent me as encouragement to walk me through, Blessings, Laura’s Story!

Blessings,
