The state of things: I am home, yay! My boys get to see me everyday and I can tell they are starting to believe the miracle. Jacob gave me 30 kisses yesterday despite going to school all day. Ben has given me countless hugs, ever so often he wonders by my room to share a hug and to ask if I am really doing okay. Huey, too i can tell is relieved and never fails to meet my needs, from helping me get out or into bed 5 times per night and getting up at the crack of dawn to give a hot drink and some fruits. He is truly a blessing! I have pulled on his quiet strength through all this, and I am assured of his faith and his devotion to our family. May God continue to bless!

To you who have called, written, sent flowers or stopped by, thank you. Your efforts will always be remembered. I am truly surrounded by a community that came a little closer, to walk our family through this experience. May this experience inform your life. May it drive you to a cleaner, gentler place where forgiveness is the only option and reconciliation to your fellow man is automatic.
