Surprise! It’s almost home time

This journey has been one full of surprises. Dr Indermauer met with us this morning and was Clearly impressed how well I was doing. In fact she decided to discharge me home today!!!!! Thanks be to God,He continues to work miracles. Even the nurses are baffled at how well I’m doing. Despite the extensiveness of the surgery I have not had to take any pain medication since getting out of recovery. God is still answering our prayers.

We’ll keep you posted.

“Your anchor holds in spite of the storm” is going through my mind as I read the updates this morning! Tears stream down my face not as one without hope but as one that sees God’s glory beaming through this crucible.

I am away in distance only but know that my heart (and Von) is ever with you and the family Paula! You are indeed an amazing woman!

ok Paula you look very nice and dolled up for the before surgery pic. Now can we see some after surgery pics? What they call the thing you wearing under the three piece gown? They didn’t have it in pink? Let me know.
